The equipment
Compare suitable equipment combinations, heating needs, control compatibility, and efficiency options. Single-stage and variable-capacity choices should be explained in terms of your home and priorities.
The installation
Plan equipment access, support, electrical connections, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, and service clearances. Installation scope and startup checks are part of the project.
Bigger is not automatically better.
Equipment needs to match the building’s heating and cooling needs. Oversizing can lead to short cycles and poor humidity control. We consider the home and its air-distribution system rather than recommending capacity from square footage alone.
